29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle: Kitchen: Robot Coupe was operated without the pusher machine part being used to push food the chute toward the operating shredding blade. On 2-11-20, An employee suffered finger tip amputations while placing cabbage into the Robot Couple food processor. The pusher was not used to push cabbage toward the blade.
