29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501. a) Precision Cut Carpentry LLC. on or about February 11, 2020, at the site location of 8625 Brint Rd Lot 39 (5020), Sylvania, Ohio: The employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls while installing framing atop a second level of a residential type new construction structure. Two employees were exposed to falls of a roughly 18 to the level below while performing framing activities. No form of fall protection was in place.
