29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Employee(s) engaged in roofing activities on low-sope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system: a) On or about 6/4/19 at a roof project located at 23 Edward Street, Arcade, New York; employees were removing shingles on the roof of the Arcade Post Office. The roof had a 4 in 12 pitch and an eave height of approximately 12 feet. There was no fall protection in use. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
