29 CFR 1918.65(h)(1): Loads were handled that were not stable, safely arranged and within the rated capacity of the mechanically powered vehicle. a) 61 Universal Road Paulsboro NJ: Steel plates removed from cargo holds where metal slabs are stowed were not secured to the forks of a powered industrial truck creating an unstable load. On or about 9/16/18. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
