29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): It shall be the responsibility of the employer to initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. a. On or about July 12, 2018, located at 285 Sunbury Road in Westerville, Ohio, the employer did not initiate and maintain safety and health programs for employees performing stucco and painting from a low-slope roof and aerial lift, thereby exposing the employees to the hazards associated with performing stucco and painting work.
