29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system. On 12/18/2018, at the Parkside at Mulberry subdivision in Auburn, Ga, employees were exposed to fall hazards of 15 ft. to lower levels as they were not using fall protection when working off ladder jack scaffolds at the site.
