29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76cm) whichever is less were not equipped with one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: a. Site - On or about March 31, 2017, employees were not protected from falls of over 6 feet while traversing a stairway which consisted of nine risers and was not equipped with a stair rail system along the unprotected edge. Gary Chicoine Construction Corporation was previously cited for violation of this OSHA Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1051325, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on September 8, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at Whittemore Road, Londonderry, NH 03038.
