29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): Places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed. a) On or about 3/14/2017 JanTec employees, supervised by DynCorp working in Buildings 5213 and 5216 at Fort Campbell, KY, complained of allergy symptoms, headaches, fatigue, and sinus infections from exposure to mold on cardboard boxes they process. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
