29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not continuously maintained free of obstructions or impediments to full instant use in case of fire or other emergency: a/ The employer is failing to protect employees from potential hazards caused by having blocked exit routes. This was most recently documented on October 19, 2016 at a worksite located at 63 Prairie Drive, East Prairie, Missouri where the exit located in the storage area (back area) was completely obstructed by materials such as "rolltainers" containing merchandise.
