OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a. Shop west wall - 3/4 inch gray PVC piping (ASTM D-1785) and glued in fitting were used in exposed above ground areas during manufacturing operations to transport compressed air from an Atlas Copco air compressor during manufacturing operations. Violation observed on or about 5/31/16.
