29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: At this establishment employees conducting cleaning activities, i.e. cleaning toilet facilities, used corrosive and/or injurious materials and were not provided with adequate eyewash stations in the following areas: a. adjacent to the baler and storage/supply room (plumbed Bradley yellow eyewash station), and b. adjacent to the Production entrance door (portable Haws green eyewash station).
