At 8:45 a.m. on November 1, 2017, Employee #1, a foreman employed by a construct ion framing company, was engaged in framing work on the second story of a reside ntial structure. He fell, a fall height of approximately 10 feet. Emergency se rvices were called, and Employee #1 was transported to the hospital, admitted, a nd treated for hip and pelvis fractures. His injuries required surgery.
