29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: On or about June 3, 2014, and at times prior thereto, at Ken's Discount Building Materials, located at 1200 North West Avenue in El Dorado, Arkansas, employees were expected to operate fire extinguishers in the event of an emergency. Fire extinguishers were available but their locations were not marked and access was blocked. These conditions exposed employees to the hazard of contact with flames, in the event of a fire, in the following instances: a) Between Bays 2 and 3 of the lumber storage area b) The front of molding building c) The front of the dry wall storage building
