29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: On or about June 3, 2014, and at times prior thereto, at Ken's Discount Building Materials in El Dorado, Arkansas, employees loading construction material onto customer's vehicles, were exposed to the hazard of electric shock, while operating breakers, that were installed in a cabinet that was not installed in accordance with its listing and labeling, to control area lighting beneath the lumber storage shed.
