29 CFR 1926.451(f)(4): Part(s) of a scaffold that were damaged or weakened, such that the scaffold's strength was less than that required by paragraph (a) of this section, were not immediately repaired, replaced, braced to meet those provisions, nor removed from service until repaired: a) Fabricated Scaffolding Systems located left of the residential structures front door: On or about January 22, 2014, the employer did not ensure bent scaffolding frames were not used which exposed employees to falls up to 12-feet to the ground below. b) Fabricated Scaffolding System located left of the residential structures front door: On or about January 22, 2014, the employer did not ensure bent scaffolding frames were not used which exposed employees to being struck by falling scaffolding systems and/or building materials on them.
