29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminants chemical state and physical form: On or about February 3, 2014, employee chemical exposures were not evaluated for the following: a) The auto-bay mechanic was exposed to toluene, tetrachloroethylene while using cleaning solvents and carbon monoxide created by LP powered industrial trucks operating in the tire mount area and warehouse. b) The tire mount employee was exposed to toluene while using cleaning solvents and carbon monoxide while working around LP powered industrial trucks. c) The tire technician was exposed to carbon monoxide while operating and working around LP powered industrial trucks.
