29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: On or about October 30, 2013, at 1458 Mill Pointe Court, Lawrenceville, Georgia: An employee performing brick masonry work was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 17-feet when the employer did not train and inform the employee how to recognzie and minimize fall hazards.
