29 CFR 1926.451(h)(2): Employees working below a scaffold were not protected from falling tools, materials or equipment in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs (h)(2)(i)-(v) of this section: On or about October 30, 2013, at 1458 Mill Pointe Court, Lawrenceville, Georgia: An employee performing brick masonry work from the ground underneat a tubular welded frame scaffold was exposed to struck-by hazards from five gallon buckets of masonry cement, trowels, and bricks from the employees working from the work platform above him when the employer did not install toe boards.
