29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii). a) 840 - 842 Christian Street - The working level of the tubular welded frame scaffold was not fully planked or decked between the front and rear uprights thus exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately twelve (12) to twenty-six (26) feet. Observed on or about September 05, 2013. Penn Stucco, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 448073, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 10/10/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 1824 Christian Street, Philadelphia, PA.
