29 CFR 1910.134(c): The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with required worksite-specific procedures and elements for required respirator use: On August 15, 2013, 2 employees cutting wood and were exposed to particulates not otherwise regulated (PNOR) exceeding 15.0 milligrams/cubic meter, as an 8 hour time weighted average. A respiratory protection program was not developed for the 2 employees exposed to PNOR in excess of the PEL: a) One band saw employee was exposed to 18.22 milligrams/cubic meter of PNOR, as an 8 hour time weighted average. The employee was sampled on August 15, 2013 for 488 minutes. b) The single and double edge trim saw feeder was exposed to 25.92 milligrams/cubic meter of PNOR, as an 8 hour time weighted average. On August 15, 2013 the employee was sampled for 474 minutes, the remaining 6 minutes were calculated as 0 (zero) exposure time.
