29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): The employer did not develope and implement a written respiratory protection program with work site specific procedures and elements for required respirator use: a) Oven cleaning area by loading dock, The employer did not develop a written respiratory protection program for employees who are required by their employer to wear a 3M half face respirator with dual cartridges for comfort when cleaning oven racks. Condition noted on or about 07/23/13.
