29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a- 680 Route 35 South/Main Avenue, Bayhead NJ: Employees were not trained in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions to include by not limited to those associated with pitched roofs, fall hazards, electrical hazards, and working in the proximity of live power lines. Condition observed on or about 06/05/13. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
