29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(15): Ladders were not inspected by a competent person for visible defects on a periodic basis and after an occurrence that could affect their safe use: (a) Location - 214 Oakland Avenue, Methuen, MA: On or about 6/20/13, employees were using ladders that were not inspected by a competent person as required. Family Roofers and Painters, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(15), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311587752, citation number 1, item number 6a and was affirmed as a final order on 2/18/2009, with respect to a workplace located at Hooksett St., Seabrook, NH.
