29 CFR 1910.213(a)(12): The portion of circular saw(s) beneath or behind the table, where there was a possibility of contact with the saw, was not covered with a guard or exhaust hood: At 302 W. 53rd St., N, Park City, KS, the "end trim" saw has an unguarded, 10 inch blade on the bottom and side, exposing employees to an amputation hazard. EVERGREEN PALLET, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1910.213(a)(12) which was contained in OSHA Inspection #315086827, Citation #01Item #001 issued on 06/06/2011 (Final Order 06/29/2011), with respect to a workplace located at 302 W. 53rd St., N., Park City, KS.
