29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: At 302 W. 53rd St., N, Park City, KS, electrical boxes and conduit were not installed according to their listing in that the items were not properly secured, exposing employees to a potential shock and fire hazard in the following instances: 1) In the storage room, left of the tool room and bathroom, and outlet box and conduit were not secured to the wall, hanging, jeopardizing ground countinuity of the equipment. 2) In the shop, on the outside wall of the storage room, opposite the side of the wall from the previous instance, the outlet box and conduit were not secured to the wall, hanging, jeopardizing ground continuity of the equipment.
