29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent, continuous, and effective: a. On or about 1/31/13, at the above referenced worksite, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard while working using a steamer (Jiffy steamer, Model J-2) that lacked a ground prong on its attachment plug. b. On or about 1/31/13, at the above referenced worksite, an employee was exposed to an electrical hazard while working using a sewing machine (Pfaff #145H2/1B) that lacked a ground prong on its attachment plug. c. On or about 1/31/13, at the above referenced worksite, an employee was exposed to an electrical hazard while working using a sewing machine (Pfaff #1245) that lacked a ground prong on its attachment plug.
