29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(v): Each employee on a walkway located within a scaffold shall be protected by a guardrail system (with minimum 200 pound toprail capacity) installed within 9 1/2 inches (24.1 cm) of and along at least one side of the walkway. At the site, employees were exposed to a fall of 19.5 feet in that, while applying stucco from the scaffold walkway there was no guard rail system. On or about 12/27/12
