29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located, and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: (a) 223 Park Avenue, Manalapan, NJ 07726: Fire extinguisher was not provided in the facility, there were labels indicating where the fire extinguishers would have been mounted but none were observed or not mounted on the wall of the warehouse on or about 1/2/2024. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
