29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electrical equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was in a passageway or general open space and was not suitably guarded when normally enclosed live parts were exposed for inspection or servicing: Travel Center Kitchen: On and/or before December 15, 2023, a Traulsen refrigerator was placed within 36 inches of the circuit breaker panel. This condition interferes with access and immediate shutdown of a circuit in the panel, particularly in the event of an emergency. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to electrical shock and/or fire hazard(s).
