29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: (a) On or about 08/15/2023 - Right rear hallway emergency exit, employees were exposed to fire hazards due to the emergency exit door being partially blocked with a Shop-Vac vacuum and boxes of merchandise. HomeGoods, Inc. was previously cited for a serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)((3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1636650, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/15/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 100 Reaville Avenue, Flemington, NJ 08822
