29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(D): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the requirements for testing a machine or equipment to determine and verify the effectiveness of lockout devices, tagout devices, and other energy control: On or about July 27, 2023, at the Tire Room- Area B- Channels 1- 8, employees perform repairs and maintenance activities on various equipment such as, but not limited to the DRB tire machines with energy sources such as, but not limited to electrical and pneumatic. The procedures did not include specific steps to verify the effectiveness of the energy control measures.
