29 CFR 1910.269(a)(2)(vii): The employer did not ensure that each employee had demonstrated proficiency in the work practices involved before that employee was considered as having completed training: a) On or about July 13, 2023, and at times prior, LND Technical Services, LLC, did not require each employee to demonstrate proficiency in safe work practices and procedures regarding high voltage-inducing testing and maintenance work in Substation 2 before, or at any point, during work operations. This exposed employees to electrical hazards.
