29 CFR 1910.269(o)(2)(i): The employer did not establish and enforce work practices for the protection of each worker from the hazards of high-voltage or high-power testing at all test areas, temporary and permanent: a) On or about July 13, 2023, LND Technical Services, LLC, did not establish and enforce site-specific work practices and procedures addressing existing hazards, or hazards that have the potential to exist, to employees before or at any point during high voltage-inducing testing and maintenance work at Substation 2. This exposed employees to electrical hazards.
