M/V Catalina Express, Floating dock: On and/or before April 11, 2023, employee(s) were tasked with securing life rafts on the top deck of the vessel. The ring life buoy in front of the vessel was blocked by a green trash can and did not have 90 feet of line attached. Employee(s) were potentially exposed to drowning hazard(s).
