29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(iv): Electric equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause serious physical harm to employees, such as damaged electrical insulation: On or about January 11, 2023, and thereafter, employees engaged in sawmill activities at the worksite located at 33643 MO-6 Brashear, Missouri 63533 were exposed to electrical shock and burn hazards in that the employer did not ensure that electrical extension cords with damaged insulation were taken out of service prior to use. Instance of exposure include but not limited to the damaged electrical extension cord being used to power the engine block heater of a (John?) Deere front end loader.
