29 CFR 1910.213(b)(1): Woodworking machine(s) were not provided with mechanical or electrical power controls so located that the operator could cut off the power from the machine without leaving his position at the point of operation: On or about January 11, 2023, and thereafter, employees engaged in sawmill activities at the worksite located at 33643 MO-6 Brashear, Missouri 63533 were exposed to amputation hazards in that the employer did not ensure the power controls to the chop saw in the main sawmill building were located within reach of the workstation's point of operation.
