29 CFR 1910.23(b)(10): The employer did not ensure that any ladder with structural or other defects as immediately tagged "Dangerous: Do Not Use" or with similar language in accordance with � 1910.145 and removed from service until repaired in accordance with � 1910.22(d) or replaced. On or about January 11, 2023, and thereafter, employees engaged in sawmill activities at the worksite located at 33643 MO-6 Brashear, Missouri 63533 were exposed to fall hazards in that the employer did not ensure that the broken extension ladder employees were utilizing to gain access to the elevated work platform to conduct re-saw and lumber stacking work was immediately tagged "Dangerous: Do Not Use" and removed from service until repaired.
