29 CFR 1910.146(c)(1): The employer did not evaluate the workplace to determine if any spaces were permit-required confined spaces: Employees engaged in grain handling activities at the Seaboard Foods located at 132 N. County Rd. 14, Leoti, Kansas were exposed to atmospheric and engulfment hazards in that the employer did not properly evaluate hopper railcars as a permit required confined space and failed to meet the minimum requirements to prevent entry.
