29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17): The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head: a) 904 Woodlawn St., Scranton, PA: Employees working on the roof of the residence that had an eave height of twenty-four (24) feet were wearing harnesses which did not have an attachment point in the center of the wearer's back, on or about August 8, 2022. Avila's Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.502(d)(17), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1568957, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 11, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1537 West St., Honesdale, PA. Abatement Certification and Documentation Required
