29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (ii) of this section: On or about July 8, 2022, an employee recovered a used 55-gallon drum from an outside storage area to use as a scrap barrel. The labeling was no longer present on the barrel.
