29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. The employer does not protect each employee from falling hazards from elevated heights, by the use of fall protection systems. The most recently occurred on or about July 15, 2022 on the job site located at 8521 Chickasaw Way, Plain City, Ohio 43064. The employer fails to assure effective protections against falls as required by the standard, when five (3) employees are working on a residential second floor, without the use of any type of fall protection systems and are exposed to 20-foot fall hazard.
