29 CFR 1926.760(d)(1): Guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems and their components did not conform to the criteria in CFR 1926.502 (Appendix G to this subpart). a. On or about June 20, 2022, an employee was walking/ working atop a low sloped metal building rooftop, removing roof sheeting while wearing a Personal Fall Arrest System (PFAS), wherein the system was rigged such that during a fall, the employee would have free fallen more than 6 feet and/ or the system was rigged such that the employee would have contacted the lower level.
