29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous. On or about April 9, 2022, a drop light cord and a yellow flexible cord used during foundation repair work were missing the power cord ground posts, exposing the employees to an electrical hazard.
