29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i):The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard are being followed. At 1776 Cecos Ln, Arnold, MO, 63010 - on April 11, 2022 and at times prior thereto Employees of Hansen's Environmental Wood Resources dba Hansen's Tree, Lawn and Landscaping Services, INC were exposed to the hazards associated with the unexpected release of energy due to the employer not conducting an annual inspection of the procedure.
