29 CFR 1926.1060(b): The employer does not provide retraining for each employee as necessary so that the employee maintains the understanding and knowledge acquired through compliance with this section. (a) The employer does not provide retraining on ladder use when as necessary. This violation was most recently observed at 1307 Mount De Chantal Rd, Wheeling, WV, on or about March 29, 2022, where the employer did not retrain employees who were accessing the roof using multiple extension ladders which were improperly set up, exposing employees to fall of up to 18 feet. Charm Builders was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1530421, citation number 1, item number 2B and was affirmed as a final order on 12/29/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1021 Mount De Chantal Rd, Wheeling, WV.
