OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to smoke and inhalation hazards and other hazards. a) Receiving Dock Area - On or about March 22, 2022, an exit route was blocked by pallets with 55 gallon drums along with boxes of material and was restricted to approximately 17-inches wide.
