29 CFR 1926.1424(a)(2)(i): The employer did not train each employee assigned to work on or near the equipment ("authorized personnel") in how to recognize struck-by and pinch/crush hazard areas posed by the rotating superstructure: a) Front of building, South side parking area - On or about March 17, 2022 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not train employees in the hazards associated with working within the struck-by/crushing areas created by the crane superstructure. The employee position himself between the crane superstructure and the articulated boom.
