29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i): Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxiliary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings were not effectively closed to afford protection substantially equivalent to the wall of the equipment: Westside of the Warehouse, right wall of the Emergency Exit: On and/or before March 3, 2022 the employer did not ensure the electrical junction box mounted to the wall had the metal silver faceplate installed according to manufactures requirements to cover exposing the inner insulated wires. This condition exposed employee(s) to electrical shock hazards.
