29 CFR 1910.169(b)(3)(i):Air receivers were not equipped with one or more spring-loaded safety valves to prevent pressure in the receiver from exceeding the maximum allowable working pressure of the receiver by more than 10 percent: (a) In the saw mill, on or about 3/24/2022: Stacked vessels used to accommodate and store compressed air were interconnected and supplied by a single source. No interconnected pressure relief valve was installed to prevent over pressurization.
