29 CFR 1910.244(a)(2)(i): In the absence of a firm foundation, the base of the jack was not blocked. On or about November 30, 2021, and at times prior thereto, employees were under a section of a double-wide mobile home without it being blocked, exposing the employees to the hazard of being crushed-by the section of the home.
